About us

Wear’N’Go is a Norwegian brand that specializes in the development of rehabilitation and injury prevention equipment. We strive to make rehabilitation after injury as easy as possible. We believe that equipment that makes training easy, yet safe and effective, will lower the threshold for injured people to actually undertake the training necessary to return to pre-injury levels.

Our goal

Wear’N’Go’s goal is to make rehabilitation and injury prevention easy. We know that many people do not prioritize training after injuries, which often results in long-term and unnecessary pain. Regardless of whether the products we develop are aimed at rehabilitation after injury, or protection during activity/sport, the function of the products will be aimed at making rehabilitation and injury prevention easy. We work according to our slogan “Recovery made simple”

Why Wear'N'Go - Ankle Trainer?

Put the Ankle Trainer on the foot that needs training/rehabilitation/injury prevention training, attach the Velcro on the back, tighten the resistance adjustment to the recommended or desired level, and go about your daily activities. The Ankle Trainer will do the training together with you, without you having to set aside time and perform exercises.

The Ankle Trainer has different levels of resistance, so you can customize your workout to your level and needs. Physiotherapists and healthcare professionals can easily guide and recommend the optimal resistance level for each individual patient. The resistance level and time per use of the Ankle Trainer can be increased gradually as the ankle becomes stronger and more stable when using the Ankle Trainer.

By lowering the threshold for performing good training, Ankle Trainer contributes to increased compliance among ankle injuries, and thus to more healthy, strong and stable ankles. Physiotherapists and doctors will find that more of their patients actually perform the training that is needed, and Ankle Trainer users will get the required amount of training without having to think about it.

By wearing the Ankle Trainer, you will increase muscle strength in both the ankle and calf, and improve the ankle joint’s ability to straighten itself to a safe position. This ability is called proprioception or joint sense.

By using the Ankle Trainer, you can take responsibility for your own training after ankle injuries without sacrificing time or being demotivated by difficult, time-consuming and boring exercises. Your training will be easier, more effective and more tailored to your needs.

After an overuse/ankle injury, you have a 60-80% greater risk of experiencing a new overuse in the first year after the injury occurred. This risk is high due to impaired joint sense and musculature in the ankle and/or inadequate (lack of/insufficient/not performed) training after the injury. This risk can be greatly reduced by carrying out good training. By using the Ankle Trainer, you’ll get a good workout that strengthens both your muscles and your joints, reducing your risk of recurring injuries and chronic problems over time.

After a strain/ankle injury, you are 60-80% more likely to experience another strain during the first year after the injury. This is because your muscles and joint sense have been weakened after the injury, which often leads to unstable ankles. By using the Ankle Trainer, you will strengthen the muscles around the ankle joint and calf, and improve your joint sense, which will make your ankle stronger and more stable, which will reduce the risk of a new ankle injury.

I have struggled with an unstable ankle after many years of playing handball. I have now used the Ankle Trainer for several weeks, and for the first time in many years, I feel that the stability and strength in my ankle have significantly improved. I even managed a two-hour tennis session last week without rolling my ankle. Highly recommended!
