Refund policy
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive the item to request a return.
To be approved for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused or unopened, with tags intact and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is approved, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a return being arranged in advance will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We can then assess the situation and correct the error.
Exceptions / items that cannot be returned
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

special orders or personalised products

hygiene and personal care products
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure whether your item can be returned.
Please note that we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have. Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
EU Right of Withdrawal – 14-day cooling-off period
If the item is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without giving a reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging — and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time before your bank or card issuer processes and posts the refund.
