Shipping options

We offer several flexible shipping solutions so you can choose the one that suits you best:

  • Package in mailbox

  • Package to pickup point

  • Package delivered to your home

  • Package in parcel locker

Shipping costs

  • We offer free shipping on all products

Delivery time

Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days within Norway. Delivery time may vary depending on where you live and which shipping method you choose.

During periods of high volume (such as campaign periods or holidays), delivery time may be somewhat longer.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as the package has been shipped.

Delivery

We work with reputable carriers in Norway to ensure safe and efficient delivery. Your package is delivered either to the mailbox, the nearest pickup point, a parcel locker, or to your front door — depending on the option you selected at checkout.

Uncollected packages

If a package is not collected by the deadline and is returned to us, a fee of up to 149 NOK may be charged to cover shipping and handling.

Damaged or incomplete delivery

Please check the package when you receive it. If the item is damaged, incomplete, or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@wearngo.com, and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
