After a heavy overstep on the futsal pitch in 2023, I struggled for a long time with pain in my ankle.     I am very happy with the product and use it on my way to and from training. I have felt a big change in the strength and stability of my ankle, and I haven't ankle sprain ped since I started wearing it regularly.

    "As a club, we've had very good experience with the product. The players tell us that they feel that their ankle is working and that their muscles are being trained, and that they actually notice that they are getting tired as they can adjust the intensity of the product. "We have used the Ankle Trainer in the training of players who have either had an acute ankle injury or after ankle surgery. The players have used the product when doing normal things, such as walking around the clubhouse/training strength. "A nice thing about the product is that you get the proprioceptive aspect. The player receives a proprioceptive stimulus in every step taken with the product on. This is something that is difficult to get into exercises.

    As a longtime athlete with several overuse injuries behind me, I have had problems with both painful and unstable ankles. Wear'N'Go has enabled me to activate my ankle in a very simple and effective way. I'm lazy by nature, and the 'homework' from the physiotherapist has unfortunately not been done often enough. Now I like to use Wear'N'Go for 10-15 minutes with high resistance just before training, and I feel that I get very good contact with my ankle. Highly recommended!

    I had the misfortune of breaking two bones in my leg in the spring of 2022 (three years ago today) and was in a cast for 6 weeks! When they took the cast off, I was still in excruciating pain and was soon diagnosed with CRPS (Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome) - also called "Suicide Syndrome". The fight back has been long and demanding training processes as well as extensive use of physiotherapy, but now that I've started using this product every other day while doing normal everyday activities - I can maintain my training completely "unconsciously" and feel no trace of what happened!     I have Parkinson's disease and underwent deep brain surgery in 2018. I have dystonia in my right foot, which is very uncomfortable. My foot pulls inwards. When I was told that you were going to make this sock, I got a hope of improvement for my foot. I therefore bought an Ankle Trainer that is made for the left foot, which I use on the opposite foot (my right foot) to straighten my right foot that pulls inwards. I have gotten a little better.
